From 9 July 2026, Pinner View Medical Centre will be switching from PATCHS to Accurx for online patient requests.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving access to our services and making it easier for patients to contact the practice online.
What does this mean for patients?
- From 9 July 2026, PATCHS will no longer be available for submitting online requests to the practice.
- All online medical and administrative requests should be submitted via Accurx.
- Accurx provides a simple and secure way to contact the practice online for non-urgent queries, administrative requests, and medical concerns.
How do I access Accurx?
You will be able to access Accurx directly through our website by clicking the “Contact Your GP Online” link on our homepage.
